My flight has an delay of 20 Minutes. Do I have to pay an extra fee ? No. There are no extra fees until 30 minutes. We have to charge an extra fee of 0.15 Euro per minute. If you dont send a SMS or informing us by phone call, we have to charge an extra fee of 0.15 Euro per minute.
